Unlike Google's Search Console, which combines AI Overviews and organic listings without clear channel separation, and ChatGPT, which shares metrics only with licensed publishers, Bing offers the first transparent platform-native AI visibility reporting (Practical Ecommerce). Commerce practitioners can now sort grounding queries by intent and topic, identify citation opportunities, reverse-engineer high-performing content, and optimize internal linking strategy based on AI-specific visibility data—capabilities unavailable in competing platforms.
Setup requires only a Microsoft account and Bing Webmaster Tools integration with Google Search Console, with data collection taking approximately 24 hours (Practical Ecommerce).
